A buildings insurance policy at “Your” Nationwide was quoted at £1,100 compared with £300 elsewhere. Another quote of over £1000 at “Your” Nationwide did not compare with Churchill at £382. An insurance claim for £3850 resulted in a reimbursement of £400 until the Guardian got involved.
